INN BY THE BAY MONTEREY, Monterey – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, equipped with a handy small fridge and microwave. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cramped with two beds. The service was exceptional, with super friendly staff who provided great advice on local events. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to various restaurants. The dining experience was decent but not outstanding. Overall, a great value for the money!

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was exceptionally clean, but some amenities were lacking, like a proper place to hang towels. Despite the lack of a work desk, the room remained warm without constant heater interruptions, which was a plus. The service was friendly, although there was a problematic customer encounter. The location was convenient, close to the sea, albeit a bit far from certain city attractions. The dining experience had limitations, no longer offering in-house breakfast. Overall, the stay was comfortable but had room for improvement.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfy, although a bit noisy being located on the main road. I enjoyed having a view of the ocean from the nice balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The bathroom setup with the vanity unit and dressing area outside was actually quite convenient. The ocean view was a definite plus!
